Tap

Tap dancing is an exciting form of dance in which dancers wear special shoes with metal taps on the toes and heels of their shoes, by using their feet in specific ways the tap shoes strike the floor making audible sounds in various rhythms. A timeless treat to the senses, percussive and expressive in equal measure from it’s American roots the ISTD Syllabus reflects this very earthy and rhythmic style.
